DOVER, Del. — The top-ranked Auburn equestrian team (6-1) continued their successful road trip defeating Delaware State (0-3) 12-8 on Sunday. The Tigers defeated the Hornets 7-3 in Hunt Seat and tied 5-5 in Western.

Auburn and Georgia meet Saturday in the Deep South’s oldest rivalry, as the teams will meet for the 113th time. Both teams are coming off Homecoming victories, as Auburn beat Furman 63-31 in its Homecoming game, while Georgia blanked Tennessee Tech, 38-0.

The 25th-ranked Auburn football team returned to the practice fields Sunday evening after taking the past two Sunday’s off following a game. The Tigers went through a light 40-minute practice session behind the Auburn Athletic Complex.
