Rumor has it that Aairon Savage has received a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA. The corner back tore his Achilles during summer workouts, missing the entire 2009 season. He had previously missed the entire 2008 season.

Antonio Coleman has received an invitation to the NFL Combine. Coleman appeared to have been overlooked and Ben Tate was the only Tiger who received an invitation when they were initially sent out. Walt McFadden still has not received one.
