Auburn gave pro style quarterback Jeff Driskel his first offer tonight. The Florida quarterback is said to resemble a “Tim Tebow type” quarterback and is a baseball star. The upcoming junior quarterback is a huge Auburn fan but is not ready to commit just yet, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The 6’4″, 225 lb. quarterback threw for 1,125 yards and six touchdowns as a sophomore, adding six rushing touchdowns. He has also received interest from Ole Miss, Clemson, Georgia and Florida. He is the second quarterback Auburn has offered for 2011, the other being Kiehl Frazier.
