There were times Saturday when Auburn offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee wondered if he should be calling more passes. But he didn’t wonder for long.Auburn threw just seven times in a 55-23 bludgeoning of Tennessee at Neyland Stadium. Instead, quarterback Nick Marshall ran for 214 yards on 14 carries and tailback Tre Mason ran for 117 yards on 20 carries. As a team, the Tigers assaulted Tennessee’s defense for 444 yards on the ground.
